My  name is christopher iula, also known as Chris the Home Inspector, I have over 11 years experience in the home inspection industry and I've had careers in construction, property management and marketing. I inspect anything from commercial buildings to residential homes and new construction. I've been been trained in radon testing, inspecting for wood destroying organisms, well water purity and I am trained scientifically in mold.

I've completed over 10,000 home inspections. I take great pride in my business and I actively work to ensure that all of my clients are satisfied with my services. I work tirelessly to ensure that my  customers have the best and most extensive information available in the industry. I was born in Hollywood, Florida and I currently live in Cornelius, NC with my wife Starr and our cat Jaco.
